Call Centre

Our phone-in Call Centre is the hub of our customer service. It functions twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, answering all questions on the phone. We have specialised Call Centres for Glo Business and BlackBerry Customers. There is also a special help desk division for government and major corporate projects. Our Call Centres ensure that we attend to and resolve all customer issues promptly and efficiently, from information and enquiries, to requests or complaints.
