Glo introduces another fascinating service to entertain and help customers in interacting with their friends, families and loved ones. Glo Connect is a service that allows Glo subscribers use SMS and MMS to update their Facebook profile status, post on walls, find friends upload pictures and much more directly from your Glo mobile phone.

How To Use Glo Connect
Status Update
To update your status, Type “S” followed by status message and send to 3223.
(S)(space)(status_message) Eg: S is watching TV
Wall Posts
To post a message on your friend's wall, Type “W”: Friend's-First name Friend's-Surname and send to 3223
(W)(space)(firstname)(surname)(space)(message)
Eg: W Chima Okwundu Happy birthday dear friend!
View Comments
To receive comments on status & photo, Type “C “and send to 3223.
Response: You will receive (n) comments on your status, wall and photos.
*Note: You will receive all comments from the point of request.
Search for Friends
To search for friends, both added and not added; Type: F Friend's-First name or Friend's-Surname and send to 3223.
(F)(space)(first name) or (surname)
Eg: F Tope or Kola
View Events
To get 5 upcoming events, Type "E" and send to 3223.
All Commands
To get the list of all the SMS commands to Facebook text Help to 3223.
Post Pictures on Facebook
• Compose an MMS on your phone.
• Attach the photo you wish to upload. (One photo at a time)
• Write the caption you wish to give the photo.
• Send the MMS to 3223.
To Register
To register via SMS / MMS, send "go" to 3223
*NOTE: As a special introductory offer Glo Connect is offered absolutely free of charge. Simply register and enjoy the service. The service will not work if your Glo line is not activated for the MMS service. To get MMS activated on your mobile phone, send Activate to 667 or call 121 for assistance.
