Glo Partage de Credit is an innovative service that enables you to transfer and share credit from your phone with your friends, family members and colleagues. It is very easy, user friendly and real time.
You can transfer a minimum of 100F and maximum of 5000F at any given time with a maximum of 5 transactions daily. The service is only applicable on prepaid lines.
How to Activate
All prepaid lines have the service by default. To activate the service, you only need to change the default password and then, you can enjoy the service.
How to change Password
The default Password is 00000. You can change the default password to your own unique password by dialing: *132*00000* Your Password * Your Password #.
For example, to change the default password to 2315, you can dial & send *132*00000*2315*2315 #.
You can always change your password to a new one if so desired. To change your password to a new one, follow the syntax: *132* old PASSWORD* New PASSWORD* New PASSWORD#.
For example, to change current password 2315 to a new password 7645, dial & send *132*2315*7645*7645#.

How to Transfer Credit
You can transfer a minimum of 100F and maximum of 5000F per transaction at any given time and a maximum of 5 transactions daily.
To transfer and share your credit, simply dial *131* Recipient’s number * Credit * PASSWORD #. Please note that the credit is to be typed in CFA e.g. 50,100, 200.
For example, to transfer 250F to 98005005 with current password as 7645, you can dial & send *131*98005005*250*7645#
To prevent fraud and unauthorized use of the service on your phone, your account will be locked if wrong password code is dialed for 3 consecutive times. There are error counters to keep track of total errors on account. A maximum of 18 errors are allowed for each account. When this limit is reached, the account will be blocked. You can contact customer care or visit the nearest Gloworld to have your account unblocked.
Password Code Reset
In case your phone is lost or you forgot your password code, you can contact customer care or visit the nearest Gloworld. Authorized customer care representative will reset the password to the default (00000). You can thereafter change the default password code after the reset action to maintain confidentiality
