Glo Ghana Premier League
In December 2008, Glo Mobile Ghana contracted a five-year sponsorship deal with the Ghana Premier League until the end of the 2013/14 season. The Glo Premier League becomes the official name of the top professional football division of the football league system in Ghana.

The league was formed in 1956; it enjoys massive popularity and followership in Ghana and has been dominated by Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak over the years.
