Glo introduces the first ever, fascinating and enticing loyalty plan for Glo Business customers. In order to achieve a higher level of relationship that delights and excites customers, Glo has developed a loyalty program that will reward Glo Business customers.
To Gain Glo Talk Points
Glo Talk Points is a point based loyalty program of 12 months duration. Under this program, a customer will earn points on 2 levels:
- Monthly Bill Points – For every N100 bill amount, a customer earns 1 point.
- Network Loyalty Points – Customers will get 100 points on completion of 3 months on the Glo network, this will be added to the monthly bill points.
Rewards
The reward for every point the customer earns will be free Glo to Glo minutes as displayed in the table below:

*If a Glo business customer’s total bill for 3 months is N18,000. He will earn 1 point for every N100 and this will give him 180 points. The customer will get 100 points if he completes 3 months on the network which will earn him a total of 280 points. Based on his 280 points, the customer will earn 50 free Glo to Glo minutes.
NOTE: The points will be accumulated on a monthly basis. The customer’s total points will be printed on his bill every month.
