Glo N1 Billion promo: 10 new millionaires collect cheques in Kano
10 new millionaires who won prizes in the ongoing Glo N1 Billion SIM
registration promo have collected their cheques of N1 million each at
a special presentation ceremony held recently in Kano to present prizes
to winners in the promo.
The winners are Halima Ahmed from Adamawa state, Abdullahi Mohammed from
Gombe, Abubakar Sanni from Galadanchi, Jigawa state and Mustapha Haruna
and Bilikisu Abubakar from Katsina state.

Others are Yohanna Ayuba from Taraba state, Mallam Garba Abdulkadir
Yayale from Bauchi state, Zainab Shittu from Kaduna state Majovo Micheal
from Rivers state and Sani Ahmad from Bakinkura, Bauchi state.
But for providence and the tenacity of Glo officials who spoke to him
for a period of one week as well as the efforts of the paramount ruler
of his village, Lau in Adamawa state, one of the lucky winners, Yohanna
Ayuba, would not have been at the presentation ceremony to claim his prize.
Yohanna, who engaged in farming to sponsor his education, said the money
will change his life forever. In fact, he was in shock and overcome with
emotion when the actual cheque was presented to him.
“I am most grateful to Glo for this special blessing. When I was told I won, I did not believe and refused to go and collect the cheque because I had no money. But Glo officials came to my village on Christmas day and met the traditional ruler who invited me to his palace and mandated me to come for the presentation. I am so happy that they did not give up on me as I am now a millionaire”, he said.
Speaking at the event, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Mahmud Ado Bayero,
Darman Kano and District Head of Fagge, Kano commended Globacom for its
untiring efforts at changing the lives of Nigerians.

he stated.
The prize presentation to winners in the Glo N1 Billion promo was in fulfilment
of Globacom’s promise to reward its subscribers who register their SIMs
with fantastic prizes during the Christmas and New Year season and to
thank them for their loyalty.
All existing and new subscribers are, therefore, encouraged to take part
in the promo as any subscriber might be lucky to win. This could be done
by simply registering their old and new SIMs at Glo sales and registration
outlets such as Gloworlds, Glozones and other dealer outlets.
