1. What is the Glo WelcomeBack Offer?
Glo WelcomeBack is an offer which credits customers who have not used the network in more than 30 days with N6,000 that can be used to browse, SMS and call Glo customers when they recharge.

2. Who can avail of the Glo WelcomeBack Offer?
Any customer who has not used his/her Glo line in more than 30 days

3. How will the customer know the/she is eligible for the bonus?
S/he will receive an SMS notification when the N6,000 is credited and can dial #122*34# to confirm the balance. Customer has to recharge to unlock the bonus gift for use.

4. What is the validity of the Bonus?
30 days’ validity period or the exhaustion of the bonus whichever comes first.

5. What can I do with the Bonus?
Browsing, calls and SMS to Glo customers

• Maximum amount customer can get as free airtime is the N6,000 .
• Credit amount is split into Main account and Bonus account. Recharge amount goes to Main a/c and balance goes to voice and data bonus accounts. Dial #122*35# to check bonus balance
• Customer recharges and accesses the free airtime based on the amount of recharge made subject to a maximum of N6,000.
• For example, if one of such a customer recharges N100, his/her FREE N6000 is depleted by N600 which is made available for his/her usage as detailed in the table above. N100 goes to Main account, N400 goes to Bonus account. Main account is for any type of usage (data, SMS, local and international calls) while Bonus account is for only Glo to Glo calls, Glo to Glo SMS and browsing.
If the same customer makes a 2nd recharge of N500, the sum of N3,000 is depleted from the balance of N5,400 left of the FREE Airtime. Of the N3,000 just received, N500 goes to Main a/c and N2,500 goes to Bonus account. Customer now has N1,400 left in the Bonus Gift account which can be accessed when the next recharge is made.
A customer whose 1st recharge is N1,000 or more gets the full Bonus Gift of N6,000 instantly.
• Customer can recharge from N100 to N5,000 to use the full Bonus Gift of N 6,000. Recharges higher than N1,000 get the same benefit as N1,000 recharge.
• This is valid for only 30 days or exhaustion of the N6000, whichever is earlier, after which the customer’s profile behavior resumes.

7. How do I confirm or check my Welcome Back Bonus gift balance (locked bonus)?

9. What happens if there is airtime in my Main account?
Your calls to Glo customers will first be charged from the WelcomeBack Bonus account and switches to your Main account when this bonus account is fully depleted or expires.

10. What happens if I had existing data plan before recharging?
The free data on recharge is added to your existing data volume and the higher validity period supersedes.

11. On what profile do I need to be to get this bonus?
Any prepaid plan will get the bonus based on 30days inactive period.

12. What happens if I don’t use the free airtime?
The WelcomeBack bonus becomes invalid 30 days after receiving the bonus gift.

13. Can the bonus airtime be used to subscribe for any value added service?
No

14. Can I make international calls/sms with the bonus?
No. All international calls and SMS will be charged from main account.
