Life Cycle for Classic Plus
ACTIVE PERIOD
In this period, complete access to the prepaid service is available. You can make calls, receive calls, and recharge your account, To remain in this period, call, send SMS, or recharge at least once within 90 days.
INACTIVE/ GRACE PERIOD (30 DAYS)
If a customer does not recharge at least once within 90days, the customer will enter Inactive / Grace period.
ACCOUNT EXPIRY
If you do not recharge during the inactive period, your line will be disconnected and cannot be used anymore.
Bonus Recharge Offer
For every recharge of either N 500 / 1000 / 2000 / 5000 cards, Glo Prepaid customers will get bonus airtime for up to 20% of their recharge. Click here to find out more.
