Voicemail Service
The voicemail service transforms your telephone into an answering machine and message recording system when you are unable to take call. This service also act as your personal secretary, by taking your call if you are either busy, out of network coverage area or even when your phone is turned off. You can retrieve messages at your own convenience. You can also customize/personalize your voicemail settings to your personal greeting message.
Setting Up Your Voicemail
Simply dial 111 from your Glo line to set up your mailbox. Go through the easy to use menu to customize your mailbox, by recording a personal message. Please do not forget to change your default password (0000) to ensure confidentiality.
Retrieving Your Voicemail
- As soon as any caller leaves a message in your mailbox, you receive an SMS notification informing you of the message. Just dial 111 on your Glo mobile line and listen to your messages.
- Press # 1 to delete the message you are listening to.
Retrieving Your Voicemail Remotely
To access your voice mailbox from another phone, please call +234805111 and last 10 digits of your phone.
Example: if your mobile phone number is 08055556666, then you will have to dial +2348051118055556666. Listen to the welcome message, then press 6 #. When prompted, enter your 4 digit password then press the # key. Your voicemail messages will now be played back.
