4. How to purchase the Roam and Home Pack
To a purchase the Roam and Home Pack dial *555# and select a pack (Voice, Data or combo pack) of your choice.
5. Can I Buy multiple Pack?
Yes, you can buy multiple pack.
6. What will happen to my validity if I purchase multiple Packs?
All the benefits will be cumulated (Voice/ Data) and the highest Validity will prevail.
7. What will happen if I have Nigeria IDD Pack and the Roam and Home Pack?
Nigeria Pack minutes will be consumed first, if you are calling Nigeria.
8. What will happen if I have data plan and the Home and Roam Data Pack?
While in Roaming the data will be consumed from Roam and Home Pack, while if you are in Ghana ,the data will be consumed from your data plan.
9. How can I cancel auto renewal or subscription of these packs?
The packs are auto renewed on validity expiry, to cancel auto renew or cancel subscription dial *555# and cancel by choosing appropriate option under Roam and Home pack.
