The winners will be chosen through a fair and transparent draw process.

At the end of each week, Jolly Life will contact the weekly winners.

Winners will be notified via SMS and/or phone calls using the contact information provided during participation.

Weekly winners must respond to the notification within 7 days of being contacted.

They will need to provide the necessary information to claim their prizes..

For cash prizes, Jolly Life will directly credit the winners' bank accounts.

Bank details will be kept confidential and used solely for prize disbursement.

If a winner fails to claim their prize within the stipulated timeframe (7 Days for weekly prizes and 30 days for grand prizes), they will forfeit the prize

In the event of forfeiture, a new winner will be selected through the same fair and transparent process.
