1. What is GLO CLOUD?
Glo Cloud Storage application provides solution where customer can easily back up their photos, videos, music, documents; in short, their digital life. This will enable Glo data users to store, back up, retrieve and share their digital content from their cloud account.

2. How do I subscribe to GLO CLOUD?
o Customers can download application from respective Google play store or apple store by searching application “Glo Cloud”. Once download user can subscribe to required pack by registering to service.
o Glo Customers can also subscribe for service through https://glocloud.gloworld.com.
o Glo Customers can also send sub Glo Cloud on 7671 short-code to receive the link https://glocloud.gloworld.com and click to subscribe

3. What are the available subscription plans and validity
o 50Gb Storage for N250 per Month
o 2Tb Storage for N990 per Month
o Unlimited Storage for N1,990 per Month

4. How do I pay for the subscription?
The subscription fee for GLO CLOUD service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service will be charged from your available airtime balance. Please note that regular data charges apply for using internet to upload and download the content.

5. How do I install Glo Cloud / App
o Mobile Application: Customers can download application from respective Google play store or apple store by searching application “Glo Cloud” and click to Install
o Macbook: User can visit https://cloud.gloworld.com. Login to their account and click 3-lines on the left top to open the menu. Scroll below on menu and click to download mac application
o Windows: User can visit https://cloud.gloworld.com. Login to their account and click 3-lines on the left top to open the menu. Scroll below on menu and click to download mac application
o Web Browser: Chrome, Safari Internet Explorer and Firefox. User can access their content by visiting https://cloud.gloworld.com

6. Which types of digital contents can I store on my account?
Glo Cloud customers can store all popular digital content on your storage like Images, music, videos, documents (word, power-point, excel, PDF, ect…

7. How many digital contents can I store on my account?
As a Glo Cloud user you can store your digital content to the size of subscription you have subscribed for. For eg: if you have subscribed for 50Gb, then you will be able to store 50Gb of content

8. Can I share my content on Social Media and friends?
Yes, you can share your content on social media (Facebook, etc…) and also share content with your friends by sending the link within your account.

9. Where do I find my stored content?
Open Glo Cloud mobile application, click on Gallery to have access on your images

10. Why am I not able to upload content?
a. Glo Cloud user will not be able to upload content to their account if they have unsubscribed from the service or they have been unsubscribed due to non-payment

11. How do I cancel my subscription?
o To unsubscribe send Unsub to 7671 and click on the link https://glodcloud.gloworld.com/selfcare.php?action=login. Once clicked user need to login with his username and password. Once logged in, Glo Cloud user need to click unsubscribe to unsubscribe from the pack.
o Glo Cloud user can also visit, Gloworld.com and click on Glo Cloud section. On Glo Cloud landing page user need to click on “My account” on top menu to login and click unsubscribe to unsubscribe from the pack.

12. When I cancel my subscription, can I still use my content?
Glo Cloud service is associated with the subscription, if you cancel the subscription, you can still access and download to your data for 1 month. After one month the user data shall be deleted.
