What will happen to subscription services on my existing plan if I migrate to GLO Prime Plan ?

When you migrate successfully to GLO Prime, subscription services such as HSI and value added services will remain intact.

What will happen to CUG service and tariff plan on my existing CUG package if I migrate to GLO Prime Plan ?

• When you migrate successfully to GLO Prime, CUG service and tariff unique to your old package will no longer exist.
• You will no longer be a part of your Old CUG Group
• Upon migration the CUG service and tariff on the GLO Prime will apply immediately.
