You can terminate your subscription whenever you want by entering in your personal menu on http://ng.portalkidjo.com/login (icon at top left of homepage) and clicking on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button. You may also terminate your subscription by sending a SMS or dailing a USSD code.

To access the content you will have to download the KIDJO app on your first access. You will have a
simple access in the content link for Kidjo portal and click ACCESS. If you are subscribed you will be
able to browse the full catalogue in the different categories on the main menu of the app.
Yes, all content provided by KIDJO is totally safe for your handset and your personal data.
You will keep your access to Kidjo until the last paid period ends. For example, in case of daily subscription which was already renewed today, you will be able to consume content until the date ends. Or if you were subscribed to weekly and your last renewal happened on Monday, you wil have access until Sunday (7 days).
